I have some VCDs that are in PAL format and some in NTSC. Is there a program that can tell me the difference in case I forget which is which? The current way I do it is use VCDGear to convert the .dat to an mpeg file, then use VCDImager to turn it into a VCD again (at the end of the conversion it'll tell me the proper video stream). Of course, I suppose making a cheat sheet on a piece of paper would help too.![]()
