tmpgenc error-exception in mp43dmod.dll????

I have encoded several movies now with tmpgenc but this one is giving me a problem.directshow has a 2 priority,tried it with a 3 too,still the error.plays fine in media player but can't get it to load in tmpgenc.

video codec=mpeg4ver3-supported
audio=mpeg layer 3-supported
framerate=14.985

Anyone else have this problem,and hopefully a solution.Any suggestions????

Well for those with the same problem as I,I did get it to work after all.
Use virtualdub run video and audio in direct stream save as avi,then use that file for tmpgenc. It will then open it.Go figure
Let me know if this works for anyone else.
