  1. tried soundforge, will virtualdub do it? i need it cuz dvdit pe only accepts 48khz for menus

    Download DBPoweramp and it's Windows Media Plug-in.

    WMA Plug-ins-
    http://www.dbpoweramp.net/codecs/dBpowerAMP-codec-wmav9.exe
    http://www.dbpoweramp.net/codecs/db-wmfdist-wma9.exe
    (You only need the second one of these if WMP9 is not installed.)

    Once you have installed all you have to do is right click on your WMA file in explorer and select "convert to" it's pretty easy from there.

    Cleaner too, but not free.

    And yeah, too many people get helped, but very little confirmation on what finally worked. However, I usually get thanked via PM.
