  1. I'v got a wav file that I took off the original mpg and modified to make it better and I want to put it back on the video, VCD compliant. I tried to use TMPGEnc but keep getting the damn buffer underflow error. Anyone have any other ideas for me??

    Please help!

    Thanks.

Maybe try encoding the audio with some other program like besweet or Goldwave or Headac3he. Convert to the WAV to MP2 and then multiplex the audio and video with TMPGEnc's MPEG Tools.

    Hope that helps.
    Happy to be here.
