I was very happy with my new Divx player, I found it much better then winmedia players until I was given a movie that it could only play video, no sound. I got a error saying need tag 85 codec. I tried using Gspot to find the codec and it said it is already installed on my harddrive.
What do I need to do to get this to work?

I just installed the 3.11 alpha and it didnt work..
I still get the Tag 85 error, so theres no sound..
It was on the new Divx player 2.1.....
Do I need to play with the audio settings on the 3.11 folder? -

I downloaded and installed ac3 codec and it still didn't work with the sound. I get the same error with divx 2.1 player.
The movie format is :
DivX 4 (OpenDivX) video
0x0055(MP3) ID'd as MPEG-1 Lay audio
Avi type
I used Gspot for this info. Also do I need to change any settings in ac3 codec? -
When I try playing the movie in winmedia player, I get a message
"Class Factory canot surply request"...
No video , no sound -
