    I have recorded a program from tv in dvd format and the file is an mpg2.
    I want to burn this file using nero but this program wants vob files, how do i convert the mpg2 to vob files.

    I assume you want to burn it is a dvd-video. Then you must author it(make vobs).

    Standard Nero do not support dvd authoring.
