Even though I have PowerDVD installed, programs that required mpeg2 decoding tend to have problems handling the files I output from TMPGE.
VCDEasy promts me for a net connection when loading my mpeg into it's playing window in the Chapter tab, as does Windows Media Player.
Trying to playback in these programs causes errors.
In Ulead's video editor I can load the mpeg but when preveiwing there is a big red X in the playback window. The audio is ok though, same in VCDEasy.
Where does the mpeg2 codec get installed so that it can be shared with other programs ?
