    I was considering this drive, but wanted some insight on the speed and quality of this drive. I've actually never heard of "Lacie" before, so i'm a little weary of the quality. Anyone?

    Nobody? Does anyone know if the Lacie is just a Pioneer A05. That's what I hear, but haven't found out any concrete facts. Anyone?

    I have a older Lacie Firewire DVD-RW. It is a Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-103.
    I have had no problems with it.
