Error in TMPGEnc

I get an error - "write error occured at address 77f52109 of module "ntdll.dll" with 00000000"

just after I press the START button to encode, i never always had this problem but now cant get rid of it,

Any suggestions or other methods of encoding which are simple to follow for a semi beginner??
