I ripped a movie with smartripper and would like to burn to dvd. What software do I need to burn the files created by smartripper? I have Nero and CopytoDVD, but I haven't figured out how to get them to work. If I just stick the files in the Video_TS menu created by Nero, will this work?
Thanks

Yes you need to put all the files into a VIDEO_TS folder then burn that folder however most DVD's the file size is going to exceed the limits of the DVD+R or DVD-R disc you're trying to backup. Just download and install DVDshrink which is a free program then use it to compress the files to fit onto a single DVDR. Look for the DL link on this site sorry I don't have the link to post for you.

Actually, it's just the movie files so the total size is 3.5gb. I assume this will fit, unless Nero adds a bunch of stuff. I'll try it and see.
Thanks
