    Can anybody provide the max bit rate for a dvp-nc600. I'm trying to create a xvcd and I'm not sure how high I can go. Yes, I did check the dvd player listings but unfortunately this model wasn't rated

    I just bought the nc-600, i get the dirty disc error, what disks do you use to burn VCDs, any other suggestions

    Try using CD-RW's they work on my Sony DVP-s360, im gonna trade that player in for a pioneer, sony is picky with cd-r media,so that sucks. The only good thing about sony is picture and audio quality but, pioneer and panasonic has that to, so forget sony
