VCD Menu With Sound?

I have a small 2 min sound file that i would like to play on the main menu for a VCD im making, i know i can just create a VCD file with music and then put comands on it to do what a normal menu does, but i was hoping there is a way to keep the high res video file, its a still image, so no moving parts.

I dont really want to do the VCD Header Trick becuase some times it doesnt work, some times it does.

any help would be great!

Encode your still using VCDEasy (v1.1.5 is latest) then search the forum here for topic "VCD Stills with Audio" to show you how to add audio to the menu.

I created two guides to combine a high-res picture with audio. Afterwards you have only to define in the PBC Navigation tab of VCDEasy the link to your files your are offering within our menu picture.
