Inserting Chapters in MPEG

HI,

Right I have converted an AVI to a one cd film (Thanks Kwag) but I just wanted to know is there an easy way of inserting chapter points into an Mpeg stream. I know that VCDeasy can do this I think. But is there a simple program that will let you do this before its burnt with nero.

Trust me . VCDEasy is simple.
You load the mpeg, tell it where you want your chapters, how the disc will respond to the remote control etc.
produce the bin/cue and burn that with Nero.
