  1. Ok Gang I am having massive problems, maybe this stuff is not for me.... I will give you where I am at. I have a bin/cue movie file that I used isobuster to open I ended up with a "AVSEQ01.mpeg" file (mpeg2 format) under the MPEG2 tab, I then extracted. At which times I have tried numerous methods to create first a VCD; however the 3 proggies I used said it had to be mpeg1 format. I can't figure a workable way to convert to mpeg1, so I attempted to convert and burn to DVD. I tried 2 additional proggies and wasted quite a few hours to be told "errors"before it burned to disk. I am sorry but I need help.....

Did you try VCDEasy to convert it into a "true" MPEG file?

first off, get vcd gear from the tools section, then you should be bright enough to read the conversions section, convert the bin/cue file to an mpeg, it will do it autmatically, then when its in mpeg format, usually bin/cue files that i get are mpeg2 format...also get v-dub mp3 freeze from the tools section and read this guide to help you look for any bda frames in your vid https://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/142555.php ....then extract the wav file using v-dub or gold wave which is even better...then read this guide to get it into vcd for burning.... https://www.videohelp.com/tmpgenc.htm .. have fun
