adding text to dvds...........(not subtitle)

lo guys, i've just finished my first homemade dvd....... now the problem...
i'd like to add text at the start of each chapter...
i really dunno how to do hehe.....
any ideas???

You should have done this in the editing stage.

well your post was pretty vague as to whether you have the avi files still on your comp or whatever files you used . if you just have the dvd on a disc then you have no hope (yes u can but lots of work!) if you have dv-avi files on your comp that you can re-edit then you can do it pretty easy.

i use movie maker 2.0 with win xp and i use the title feature to add text to the beginning or end or in the middle. if you want to add the text in a specific spot in the file then you may have to split the file into clips and add text to each clip you wish too. premiere 6.5 will do the text pretty easy too but i dont use it for that so i cant say how exactly
