Hello.
I have backupped a dvd with IC. I chose one language, the video stream and no subs.
The video ts folder from pdi files is all right (dimension, compatibility, ecc).
If i view this backup with powerdvd, it is all ok (no subs are present).
If i view this backup with ifoedit, english sub is present and it is impossible to turn off it (language choosen is italian).
I don't know how it will be on a set top player.
I analyzed one vob with vobrator and i saw that all subs (SPES) is present.
My questions:
1) why IC didn't remove subs, although i check them (before analyze dvd) and after that, i control that all subs should be unchecked (before the transcoding)?
2) why in powerdvd subs were not present and in ifoedit were present?
Thanks in advance and sorry for my English.

I think you must go into the "Advanced DVD Settings" menu and CHECK all the subs and languages that you do NOT want.. (when IC opens, click the 'Details' button at the bottom---see here):
