  1. Everytime i convert a 25fps file to divx (or anyother codec infact) the sound goes off sync. I have to change the frame rate to match it. Why do i have to have 24.971 fps. It also goes off sync when i capture. Last week it was perfect. What has happened??

  6. Vdub is usually very good when converting. Have you checked the audio settings i.e there is no preset delay left in?

  7. I am starting too see more discussions about which product is better in these forums than help.
Like tompearson said, check to see if there is any delay setting in the audio. That is usually the cause of something like that.
