Component-video to VGA interconnect

Ineed to interconnect my DVD´s progressive-sacn component-video output (3 RCA plugs) to my projector´s VGA input (15 pin DB connector).
Can any body offer a pinout diagram , so I can assemble the cable ?
From the projector´s user´s manual I know that this is the only way to connect the DVD (progressive-scan) to the projector .
Here in Brazil, this cable is not available on the local market.

AFAIK, this isn't just a cable you need, but a converter which you can find here:

(NOTE: this is not a reccomendation, just one such device I found via google, there are other manufacturers, this is just an example)

I believe it is just a cable , because the projector´s user´s manual says so; there are such cables on the US market , but they are expensive and
for me it is complicated (and outrageous) to import the cable to Brazil.
