    What the best program to use to convert a vcd to mpeg 1 or mpeg 2?

    vcd is mpg1 already.......
    How long could we maintain? I wondered. How long until one of us starts raving and jabbering at this boy? What will he think then?

    Use VCDGear to "convert" the AVISEQ?.DAT to standard mpeg 1. (The dat is an ordinary mpeg with some addiotional headers.)
