I have the DVD Stigmata that I would like to backup. Sadly, the movie alone is 6gig. So a movie only would be the best Idea BUT, this film have an alternate ending that I would like to keep, it's 800meg ! there is some other goodies, but under 700meg.

So I would like to have the best video quality possible (there is some fire in this movie) and keeping the menu and extra ending... so I praticly need a Full DVD copy.

My question, IF I use DVDShrink, compress the extra I don't want to Still image, leave the movies and extra ending no compression, then use IC7 to compress again the extra and the movie, would it work ?

I mean if the extra at still movie is 100meg or so, if I recompress it at 30% with IC7, would it be smaller ? (double compression)

I know IFOedit would make this, but I try to learn it right now and it's not that easy.
