  1. I just downloaded a DivX version of Bowling for Colombine, it consists of 2 files and NONE will playback the audio. I've reinstalled the latest DivX version, and tried both windows media player, and DivX Playa, but none of them plays the sound.

    DivX error messege:
The video file you're opening includes audio data that is not recognized by DivX playa.

The file contains the following type of the data:

    Audio data: tag 8192

You may need to install a new video codec to playback the data.

But how do I know which codec?
    Anyone have a clue?

  2. OPen the file in gspot (tools section). It will tell you which codec you need for the audio. Then you simply find the codec (google?), install it and away you go!

  4. Xvid is the video codec, gspot will also tell you what audio codec is required.
