  1. I used the latest version of DVD2svcd, downloaded from doom9.net, and ripped one episode from an xfiles dvd. The only default settings I changed were to uncheck audio downsampling, and to change encoder properties to vbr2pass. I also have tmpgenc, which has always worked when converting. But after over 9 hours of ripping and converting, this 47 minute episode yielded an almost 570mb cue/bin file that only produces a green video screen...though the audio is fantastic . Search on help topics for green screen, etc. didn't address my problem. IS this the result of Macrovision? If I use isobuster to extract, it yields a completely black screen with great audio. Any ideas?

  2. does dvd2svcd decrypt the DVD too ?.........Green screen is a classic sign that you are trying to encode a encrypted DVD. Use DVDdecrypter first.
