what is the best program to make menus

what is the best and is easy to use?i want to make one like a dvd menu with chapters and other stuff and is there away to make your vcd play when you put it iin cause i have to press play?

Do a search on autoplay for more info, but bottom line is that most DVD players don't support autoplay x(S)VCDs.

As for making Menus. You asked two different questions. Which is the best? and which is easiest?

Your best bet is TSCV (www.ttool.org) d/load the newest ver and the newest VCDImager (both on site) and read the on line guides.

I've used TSCV to make a motion menu to each chapter on my disc, still menus, multi-level menus (up to 9 deep), place seamless chapters, intro mpeg, etc.

HOWEVER, the program is still beta. If all you want is a menu and chapters everything will work fine. Some people have trouble with the enbedded media player thou (for making stills and motion menus). If you have this problem read the forumn there for help or try loading a VFAPI avi just to make your menu.
