  1. Couldn't find an answer in the search...

    When in the Navigation Simulator of DVD Maestro, I can't seem to get the ROOT menu button to point to my main title screen. Which is annoying because the same problem exists on my DVD remote. The First play and Title menus work fine, I just can't get the ROOT to do anything. Since it doesn't show up anywhere in Connections I am a bit confused on how to assign it?

    Any info would be much appreciated, thanks.

    on your time line in your FIRST chaper on the video time line - > right click and assign root menu location (ussually your chaper location menu or master menu) ,, maestro will automaticaly do this as the same location for all other chapters unless you manually change one ..

    its in the manual somewhere ..

  3. Sorry I just can't find it, I'm looking at the time line in a movie and right clicking everwhere and see nothing about the root menu.

    on your time line in your FIRST chaper on the video time line - > right click and assign root menu location
    Right clicking on my first chapter in the time line shows the folowing selects:

    Edit Marker
    Rename Marker
    Set PlayCursor
    Set Punch Point
    Set End Action ->
    Set Menu Key ->
    Delete Marker
    Import Chapter List ...
    Properties

    Properties shows othing about root menu

    You have three areas above a movie: Wall clock, Chapter time line and movie time line. I have manually set up chapters and right clicking on them reveals nothing about root menu. I must be blind but I've just about right clicked every sqaure mm of my screen and can't see anything about assigning root menu. Would you please clarify a little. Thanks.
