I have a film avi in 3 parts on my hard disc. when i try to import one of the parts ,into DVdit vers2.5, to write to a dvd i get the message the audio is not supported please obtain the correct encoder. the film plays in real player media player & power dvd. I have encoded to mpg2 in tmpgenc i cannot see any means in either programme for ripping the sound track. I have been back to support and this is there reply
"In TMPGEnc, export an MPEG video with a seperate PCM (.wav) audio file. Be
sure the audo is 16 but 48khz".
I have looked for a means to do this butcannot see one . does any one know of the answer to this problem without having to buy more software.
