    Okay currently i use ritek as i am still a newbie these are the only ones i have used. As most things are in life you get what you pay for is that true on dvd-r? As a POOR student i wish to switch to a cheeper brand can anyone tell me what to use. I use to create home vids. So i need someting that will last and will be able to be read on most things (players playstaions and pcs) i have found datawrte and bulkpaq that are cheep are they any good or coasters?

  2. Bulkpaq are pretty yuk.. I had Gen 1, these would NOT play in anything..not even my PC..Gen 2 slightly better but still yuk. The newer ones are a bit better but I wouldnt buy them.

    I like Datawrite Yellows... I got some for £0.65 each..Very reliable and can write at 2x on my 104. Nan Yas are supposed to be good although i have seen the odd bad comment. Ill be getting 25 of em with my new Panasonic DVD writer so ill soon find out !

  3. andydd where did you get datawrite yellows from are they + or - 65p each ive been paying a quid + for these ps they are very reliable

  4. I dont know where you are getting Yellows for 60p each but tell me I have been paying 76p each from http://www.nexus22.com

    and they Datasafe have stopped making them know for some strange reason?????.
