Hi I am trying to use Panasonic MPEG 1 converter to convert from an AVI file to VCD. The program asks to input the frame rate or something like that but how do you know the fps of the movie? Is there any way I can check to find out the exact frame rate?
Thanks

Right click the file/properties/summary, under video is the f.p.s.

Go to the tools section and downlaod GSpot, it will tell you everything about the file.
