  1. I'm trying to get .avi/.wav (made in VD) files into an .mpg 1 file for a VCD and everying I press "start" a error comes up saying "write error occurred at adress 77f536f7 of module 'ntdll.dll at 0000000..." I tryed reinstalling but it just encoded the first 5 seconds of the movie then got a "write error occurred at adress 77f536f7 of module 'ntdll.dll at 00000018" How can I fix this?

  2. I've been battling with read and write errors for the past week. Which is a real shame, cos TMPGEnc is a fine piece of software, when it works. I'm running out of ideas here. What's really frustrating for me is that the errors are completely random.... could try replacing my RAM I suppose....clutching at straws here... oh sorry I couldnt help!

  3. Im sorry that i can't help either but im battling constant read errors at RANDOM spots too. I used to use many of the BETA 12 versions of TMPGEnc to make VCD's, but i havent used it for a very long time, and now i download plus 2.510 and the thing comes up with constant BUGS.

I had this happen to me a couple of times a few months ago and was told that the files were XVID files. If you have the fourcc program you would be able to check this out and re-convert to DIVX if need be. After I did this everything worked okay for me.
Beneath every smile is a wicked grin. ;)
