I'm sorry if this has already been posted, but I searched and came up with nothing, so here goes...
I'm trying to make an SVCD, and I used DSEnc to demultiplex my ac3 into a *.wav Pro Logic sound that is compatible with SVCD.
The only problem is the demultiplexed wav file goes quite a bit faster than the first ac3 file (for example, my 38 second audio turned into 35 second), and when I tried to put it into Premiere and slow it down to the same speed, it didn't work...
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Thanks
