  1. I'm trying to put a movie on a cd so my dvd player will play it.I followed the guide on this site on how to do it,it is an avi file.I'm using tmpgenc to change it and when I get to the last step, when it's going to put it in a file,it says"this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down"and then it says"TMPGKNC caused an exception 10H in module MP43DMOD.dll at 0187:073e5c5d".I'm using windows 98SE and don't know very much about stuff like this,Any help would be appreciated.

  3. Thank you for your reply, but I already read that section and couldn't figure out if anything there would help me or not.I know you are trying to get me to figure this out for myself so I'll learn something, but I seem to be too new to this to get it.If you know what I am doing wrong I would appreciate it if you could tell me,but I understand if you don't know or don't want to tell me.

Find out what MP43DMOD.dll is and what its function is. That will get you at the root of the problem. Search on google.
I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored.
