In the past week or so, it seems the site is lagging a lot. It's not my connection, I have a T1 at work and 1.5MB Cable at home. Slowness at both places all the time now. I sometimes wait a minute for a page to load. I even ran ping/traceroute a few times and got similar results.
Hey Baldrick! Is everything okay?
If money's ever a problem, let us know. I know it costs to keep something like this running. I may pitch a few bucks your way if it is needed.
Just checking! Wouldn't want this online gem to disappear.

I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored.

I'm trying to figure it out also.....I have just fixed optimizing the database and it helped a bit(the mysql process don't take 100% cpu now and then as it used too). But the apache/php process is still at 100% cpu almost all the time...I'm trying try to find out what pages that causes it. It is probably something I have changed lately....or maybe the new php version that I'm trying.

No slowness here on DVD-RHelp Forums. No problem even on an old Win98 computer on my network.

I think we are beeing dos attacked when the site is incredible slow. I checked the logs and found some ips that reloded the first main page several times per second.
I found an apache dos mod that I will try to install to prevent this.
