I have a DV file in 29.97fps ( Interlaced ), i guess this means 60p , or that's what i understand until now, i haven't use the 30p option in the DV cam, so i guess is totally on realtime.
anyway......
How can i make a great conversion to 24fps ? because DVFilm just make the conversion to 24fps but the video still move very near to the original.
I'm looking for a smooth playback..
someone already ask this before..., but i can't find the post.

The only way you will get smooth playback is if your source footage was shot in 24, otherwise if you try to convert it you will get choppy video.

I know you can play with fields in separated processes, but i don't know what you should do first.
I heard about something in After Effects & Premiere, also i found 2 Demos of a video in realtime & the same video converted to movie mode, and you can the feel the movement and everything. But is not free.
Those guys are using premiere, so that's why i know that got a be an ordinary method to do this.
