  1. Hi,

I am trying to convert a divx file to a Mpeg2 for dvd burning later on with the size of 338mb so I can fit 13 episodes on 1 dvd. However when I try to convert with Tmpeg, the lowest output i can get is 356.61mb with an audio bitrate set at the lowest (64kbits/sec).

How can I get the file to the desired 338mb and not sacrifice the audio quality? I've tried lowering the video bitrate but the minimum file size is still 356.61.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

What are your settings in tmpge? are you using cbr? if you are just use a bitrate calculator and figure it out that way?

  3. It is set on CBR. I've tried changing the bitrate and I still can not get to the desired 338mb. Where can I get a bitrate calculator?
