The nero5 burning rom software that came with my
Sony DW-U10A is the only video software that recognizes
that I have a DVD burner.
So I downloaded NeroVision Express and bought the
MPEG-2/DVD encoder plug-in that goes with it.
The User's Guide says with MPEG-2, I should
be able to get up to 135 minutes on a 4.7 GB disc.
But I can't even burn 105 minutes to a disc. I get
the message that there's not enough room on the disc,
so it won't start burning. That's after it took hours to
transcode the video.
I suspect that the MPEG-2 plug-in isn't working.
How can I find out if it is working, and correct the problem?
Thanks for any ideas.

Don't know why you have the problem but if its too big, then use DVDShrink to srhink your VIDEO_TS folder, then burn the new folder instead. That' should be quick
