  1. Can someone tell why the movie Wintalkers (2 hr. 15 min.) will not fit on 2 cd's. I used clad dvd xp to rip movie Tmpge to encode to xvcd 2 cd's then tried to burn with nero to 2 700mb /80 min.cd's and nero says cd1 and cd2 are to big for cd. I thought 1 hr. 8 min. would fit on one cd so any help would be appreciated.

what bitrate did you use? should be 1300 for video and 128 for audio. what frame rate did you use should be 29.97 whats the size 352*240 ok and the last part thats very important in TMPEG you close the wizard and you put the settings manually
on the System tab you put Mpeg 1 Video CD Non Standard. and on audio put for bitrate 128. any questions write back.

what the heck you talkin bout cecilo...

if anything like this goes wrong you should doublecheck with a highspeed encode at bogstandard VCD... 1150 vid and 224 audio, mpg-1 VCD standard stream encoding.

For 68 minutes per disc you should be able to set the rate a fair bit higher than 1300+128.. 1440 and 160 / 1400 + 192 are within easy reach for a snug fit on non-overburnt 80 minutes disc.

Tho of course VBR is a better bet
