My question is, does MPEG Layer 3 means AC3?
I tried to convert the MPEG Layer 3 in HeadAC3he and when I open it, it says couldnt find AC3 header or something like that, any idea anyone?

    No.

AC3 is Dolby Digital. Used on DVD.

MP3 is MPEG Layer III Audio (and not a compliant VCD/DVD spec for video streams)
I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored.
