  1. Ok guys,
    This is pretty severe "ARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH Factor" problem.

    As I type this I'm sitting at the order form page for TMPGEnc Plus trying to send the order for the "TMPGEnc Plus Retail Box" verson of the program, I click the "Submit" button and recive an erro message:

    "Your phone number is not correct."

    First off, has anyone else had this problem? Second I put in my phone number (I.e. XXXXXXXXXX) with no sapces hyphens, or parenthases, just like Pegasys requested. Third, I included the Area Code as Pegasys requested, if anyone can tell me why I continuously recive this error message I'd greatly appreciate it, and if someone knows a workaround, please, please let me know either via e-mail or the forums, I e-mailed Pegasys' order form help page as well, but I don't know why they're not accepting my phone number considering it's in use all the time.

    Are you sure that the phone numer that you entered is the same one that's registered at your bank? You may have your work number on the bank records, and tried your home number.
