I have to buy in heavy quantities and need to receive them quickly. Can anyone tell me which online dealers are both fast and reliable? Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm tempted to believe that someone with "SoCal" in their moniker probably isn't from the UK .... Southern California, perhaps? Maybe even South Carolina?
If Southern California, then yr in luck, since it seems that most of the distributors in the US are out in California -- meritline and rima both ship out of Baldwin Park, CA, and I think many of the other US online DVD retailers are out there, too. So, in your case, any of them may offer very quick delivery, even for ground.
For myself, rima.com has treated me well so far. I have bought Riteks and DupEz from them with good email notifications and -- so far -- working discs. But they don't have Samsung BeAlls, which I wanted to try, so I had to go to meritline.com. I should get my first shipment from them today -- ground UPS always seems to take exactly one week, and tracking says it's on the way to my house...
Search the site here a little, though -- I know that some people claim that Riteks from meritline are crummy -- who you wish to go with may depend on the brand of media you want. -
I have not had any problems, and have had fast and great service from
www.meritline.com as well~~~Spidey~~~

EDIT: opps same site as garryheather, diff link (mines direct)Thx in Advance!! -
Yes, definitely Meritline.
Here's another So. Cal link, though, to a place that carries nice blanks that work fine with my Sony:

They also have many stores right in So. Cal, so you can save shipping costs by just dropping by (if I lived down there that's what I'd do every time -- can't imagine anyone living in So. Cal and not just dropping by these stores anytime they need disks).
