    Someone please help!! I am starting with an avi with pcm .wav file Sample Rate 48 sample size 16 bit. I then use tmpegnc to go to mpeg2. However Dvd archet will not burn without re-encoding to ac-3. The problem is the audio sounds terrible. Should I take the pcm and convert using Besweet to ac-3. How do you get the audio into a high quality form?
