  1. I mean like lock the remote or something? I have a Sony 5dvd changer and I hate when people use it whem I'm not home is there any way to lock it or set a password or something?

    DVD Players are different from one another but maybe yours has a password protected feature. That is, maybe your player can be locked out from playing movies that are Rated X, Rated R, and so on. If so maybe it can go down to Rated PG or whatever rating system used outside the US.

    I know I have it either on my JVC player or maybe my ComCast digital cable.

    Seriously all DVD players have a password protected lock-out feature.

    or you can get a little luggage padlock, and lock it through the hole in the end of the power plug....

    that'll keep the bastards out!
