    Can anyone tell me which program let's you take a .m2v file and remux it back into a VOB file. Thank you in advance

    If you want to remux to MPG then bbmpeg
    If you want to remux to VOB then IFOedit.

    IFOedit will let you remux into the original VOB or create a new VOB from video and audio.
