a friend of mine is having some trouble with widescreen films on his PS2: anamorphic widescreen films are stretched upwards, so everything is too thin. i have tried changing the aspect ratio settings on the PS2, but it doesnt make any difference. i think it must be something to do with the PS2, i dont see how it can be a problem with his TV.
any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
