  1. I have captured from my VCR using my TV card and VirtualDub with great success but since I wanted to put the video onto DVD's with menus and such, I decided to use NeroVision.

If I use the avi I captured via VirtualDub, I get sound on the final DVD but if I capture through NeroVision directly (which saves time) I don't get sound. Am I missing a setting somewhere? Anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks!!

  2. I never got sound on the initial capture either, and even when you imported files into it to make a DVD, you had to do something to get sound to play off the DVD. Basically the more I read about it, the more I realized it seems to be a buggie program and went with something else.
