Does anyone know whether there's a program where I can reencode a segment of video (to a smaller bitrate) but retain the original VOB ID's of the video? The reason I need this is I'm trying to shrink the size of the "extra features" of certin DVD's, but in order for the original menu to know where to direct each of the feature, it needs the reencoded file to retain its original VOB ID's (so I'm assuming). I've been trying to play around with VOB Edit, but I'm not sure how to do it. Your help is greatly appreciated.
