The ONLY difference between these two apps...is that one is free and one isn't. Besides that, they are VERBATIM!

This is really making me scratch my head! I'd like to know if DVDSHRINK stole from DVDCOPYDECRYPTER or vice versa. It's obvious that one app is just another app with a basic title change.

Whatever the case, I think all hell is going to break loose!

Frankly, DVDSHRINK has changed my life, that app now makes DVD backup'ing a breeze (even fun!). I just hope that this app isn't going to get pulled because of a legal dispute.

, I've just posted a few hours ago about it

    shocking!

this DVDSqueeze is just a collection of all the free softwares such as DVDecrypter, SmartRipper, DVDShrink etc

but they are charging $89.95 for these programs and a few guides

definitely a rip-off as mentioned before, but how can they do it?

have they asked the authors of all the programs?

they have actually changed the name to DVDCopyDecrypter, so what are they playing at?

look a the copyright notice at the bottom of the page

I totally agree with you 100 percent. I just finished firing off an e-mail to DVDCOPYDECRYPTER. I'm calling them up and seeing if they'll either balk or bite as to the obvious verbatim copy of DVDSHRINK.

The big question of course is...what came fist? DVDSHRINK or DVDCOPYDECRYPTER. I'm betting on DVDSHRINK, because the guy who wrote it actually sent updates, and was also quite candid and vocal on these boards.

Then again, until we get more info...who knows?

    it's DVDSqueeze that's the copy

they are taking the p!$$ basically by just packaging all the freewares and selling them on for $90 to unsuspecting people

I've just had a play of DVD Squeeze and it's nothing but a Flash program that is a menu that runs the programs and includes a few guides

maybe I should do the same with my site and package it all

mrbass could make a fortune if he packaged his site up
