    is any1 else having trouble getting covers from www.cdcovers.cc.
    the download link seems to be missing.

    Is there any other good VCD cover sites (obviously not as good as cdcovers.cc) but there must be other good ones out there

    I just checked the site and it is up and running again. They admitted to having problem last week because of ISP performance and they have since switched to another ISP.

    A good site for TV series is http://www.khitomer.net

    They have covers and labels for both DVD and VCD for most of the shows.
    These are fan made and cover most popular TV shows.
