Several of the mods here hang out there and answer questions, and there are a handful of other people who have taken it upon themselves to answer questions regualarly as well, but its not exactly a full time job. If no one is there than try back in an hour or two. Personally, I am rarely on during the day but try to answer at least a few questions at night.

Yeah, like adam said because it is in real-time there may be times where no one is on the channel. But here on the forum, you can post and people can answer when they get around to it....but if anyone is on we're glad to help.

It would help even more if you asked the same ? here, at least in the appropriate forum. Say where the ? is going, and even I might be able to help.
