Is there any guide or instructions on how to burn bin files. I know someone said you have to burn image or something like that. But I never work with bin files so I really need some help.

I'm using Nero and I want to make VCD.

is cdrwin a freeware program or no. If it is where can I get it from.
Also I don't know why but I don't have a cue file, all I have is the bin file and If extracted I have the VCD folders. So Is the cue file import or I can still make the VCD without it.

You need the cue to burn the bin. To quote Vitualis in another thread:
This can be accomplished with VCDImager Tools GUI: http://www.michaeltam.com/vcdimager_tools_gui.html (select the CUE/BIN regenerator tool).

  7. Nero is just terrible at making VCDs, or any disc type for that matter. So I always use CDRWin or Prassi/Recordnow.

I agree - Nero stinks at creating VCDs, but when it comes to burning an image, be it a VCD, a game, your photo collection... I haven't noticed any significant difference between different apps, even if I prefer command line tools like CDRDAO for simple tasks like this.

    CDRWin is not free.
The trial version only allows you to burn at 1x speed.
If you have VCDeasy, that has the facility to burn .bin/.cue files and it is free.
