Hi- I just started experimenting with DVDShrink (as I'm sure many of you have) and love the program so far. I wanted to test it's quality and efficency by copying the entire contents of a DVD, minus a few languages I didn't want (I used "Super Troopers"). I went through the steps: Dropping the extra languages and subtitles, while reducing the encode quality of all the menus, and trying to retain the highest encode level for my main video. I set things up the best I could, and let DVDShrink do it's thing. About 40 min later, I had the usual VIDEO_TS folder full of BUP, IFO, and VOB files. All seamed normal. I assumed all I needed to do was write the compilation to a disc. I have used Prassi Primo successfully for dozens of burns, so I created an empty AUDIO_TS folder, imported both in to Primo, and burned as usual. The resulting DVD would not play on any of the six DVD players I tryed. I'm at a loss. I'm guessing I forgot something! Can anyone who has experienced success with this program (DVDShrink) please let me know what steps you took, and what writing program you used. THANKS ALOT!!!

  2. I have had success with Stomp RecordNow Max. I just open a data project and drag and drop the empty AUDIO_TS and the VIDEO_TS and burn with a Prioneer A104. No problems so far. This works with DVD2One as well as the DVDShrink projects

Won't play on your players? Make sure it is UDF/ISO mode burned, not just ISO. Sounds like a burning issue. Use RecordNow Max or DVDit! or Nero and make discs.
I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored.
