I 'm trying to burn a 4.3 dvd with Ulead workshop, I get a error around 87 percent. Is this cause I have windows 98 under fat 32? and if it is there a way to have NTFS with windows 98? cause I think 2000 sucks and I don't want to buy xp until I build my new one, Can any one help thanks.

I doubt it's a fat32 problem, unless you are burning a data disc with one huge 4.3Gb file on it.... and if you are, how did you get it on your hard disc in the first place?
If you are burning DVD-Video, it's going to be 4 1Gb files for the bulk, with some small .ifo and .bup files.
I had my burner in a WinME machine (fat32) for the first month and a half, I had no problems burning data or movies, even large .iso files (DVD Decrypter will split files in .iso mode if you're on a fat32 system).
And no, you can't run Win98 on an NTFS.
I would (in this order)
- try burning with another app
- try different media
- try a slower burn speed

I try something else but I get diffrent problems with them, but i never get to the burning stage
